We have investigated the issue, and every=
thing appears to be in order. We created a new shipping method with the=
same settings as “DHL Packet Plus Zone 4 USA,” and it is functioning as=
expected. It=E2=80=99s possible that a plugin or website update may hav=
e caused a save issue, which could explain why it wasn=E2=80=99t saved p=
roperly.

Could you please delete the existing shipping method and=
recreate it for non-working ones?
