If you had made an order and had selected to pay via PayPal, and subsequently did not manage to complete the payment process the first time round. You can still complete your order by paying to our PayPal account directly (account address obtainable by email). We will re-trace your order and dispatch it in the usual way.

Your orders will be dispatched promptly when we have received confirmation from our payment partners of your payment. You can check the status of all your orders via your members area. How long will my order take to arrive?Answer:
On average deliveries can be fulfilled within 7-14 business days (subject to no interruptions on local postal services e.g. public holidays) and will be dependent upon confirmation of payment and availability of stocks. Should it take longer, we will inform you of any delays. Please note from our experiences, orders to South America can take much longer than 14 days. All orders are shipped from Australia,Victoria, hence delivery times will vary and depends on efficiency of each country’s postal systems.

If you find that your country of residence is not listed then we regret that we are unable to provide our services to your country at the present time, due to certain logistical and security reasons. Please send us an email if you feel that our decisions are premature. We are flexible and will reconsider our choices on a country-by-country basis. If you still find that you are unable to register after this, please try again later, as it maybe due to temporary technical problems.

At the moment, we only accept Australian Dollars (AUD), Euros (EUR), GB Pounds Sterlings (GBP) or US Dollars (USD), but you have the option to view prices in other currencies listed in the currencies box. Please note that your banks may incur charges for dealing with foreign currencies and that the exchange rates used are not necessary 100% up-to-date and therefore prices may vary from day to day.

Out-of-Stock Items and Back OrdersAnswer:
Occasionally, an item may be out of stock even though our website shows it as being in stock when you order. This can happen because we have orders coming in via phone, fax, and email, and the website inventory may not have been adjusted yet to reflect these orders that are already in the processing queue. If an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know. Unless the item is no longer available from the manufacturer, we will give you the option of back-ordering the item. The website will not let you add an out-of-stock item to your shopping cart. If you want to back-order an item that our website shows as being out of stock, you may write what you want in the โ€œSpecial Instructionsโ€ field when checking out.

What if I need to modify my order?

You can modify your order at any time, as long as the order hasnโ€™t been packed. Once an order is packed itโ€™s generally too deep in the system to be easily retrieved. Itโ€™s best to contact our store as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

A change of address is possible any time before the order is shipped. Once an order is accepted by the carrier, redirecting the parcel rarely works.

Delivery of my order is taking a long time. What should I do?

On average, delivery times can be anywhere between 2-5 business days. However, some areas may take a lot longer depending on your geographical location. In fact, some regional or remote areas of Australia can take up to two weeks or more! If you are experiencing unexpected delays, beyond seven working days or more, please call or email our toy store, so we can investigate the matter further for you.

Do you apply credit card surcharges or any other fees?

Online Toys Australia do not apply any credit card fees or surcharges at all.

I just placed an order. How do I reqquest a Tax Invoice?

Just by placing an order with us, a Tax Invoice (in PDF format) is automatically attached to the email that our website sends you confirming your successful payment. No request is necessary. You can also download the Tax Invoice (past and present) simply by logging in to your account.

How secure are my payment details?

Your payment details are very secure. In fact, our store doesn’t actually store or collect your payment details (credit card numbers etc.) at all. So, when you’re making a credit card payment at the checkout, and you’re asked to enter your credit card details, the form that accepts your card details is a form that is provided by our payment Gateway Square. Square is one of the largest payment gateways in the world, and they are responsible for accepting and processing payments. Our store is merely informed by Square if a payment was successful or not.

So, as you can see, credit card information isn’t even seen or held by our store in any way.

How secure are my personal details?

No website can ever claim to be 100% secure. If there is a ‘door’, there’s always a way in. However, Just Table Tennis Australia will do everything we can to make it as difficult as possible for anyone who wants to try. This is our promise to you.
